I'm trying to let someone know that a cycling thread has one of their dreamies in boxes right now. u.u They're online and active but they don't seem to be checking their notifications. @_@

Other than if they have the pop-up PM option enabled, is there any other way to, like, force people to see that you're trying to get their attention on this site? LOL ;_;
