Last time I had Elvis in my town, he tried to kick out Walt, but I said no. This time I had Tangy who ALSO wanted to kick out Walt. No matter how many times you ask them, they will keep picking the same villager too. Why is it like that? That is such an awful system. They could have just said it up like the Amiibo cards to kick out who you want, but they didn't.
