woolio omg!! i've played a bit of the gamecube game and never got him in my town but i always loved his design, i LOVE sheep and what's not to love about a pink/purple jock sheep with cool glasses and a star on his face? i always wanted a chance to have him and i got so sad to find out he wasn't coming back in welcome amiibo
if they ever did he'd probably be my new favorite jock! i also love rudy, he's been in one of my NL towns since at least 2015.

rudy is so cute... once in one of my new leaf towns i gave him a letter saying that this cool new game called splatoon just came out and we should play it together sometime. i only remembered this because he showed it to me a few days ago asking if i remembered it. splatoon came out in may 2015. so yeah, i've had him there for a long long time lol

ooh i don't think i've seen wade, cyd, tasha, purrl, or dotty mentioned yet but i really like all of them!! i feel like most of the penguins in general are so underrated wade is adorable. and purrl's design is really unique and cute, same with dotty and tasha! cyd doesn't get enough love either for being one of only 8 new villagers, so it's nice to see he's some people's fave.

omg i love filbert!! i got attached to him in new leaf because of his space themed house and my love of squirrels and lazies so he's perfect, lol. i also don't get why pinky isn't more loved being a pink panda, same with gayle being a pastel pink alligator with a heart on her face!! maybe people just don't like the alligators or bears much lol. yuka is one of my favorite koalas though.Lazy - Filbert, Bones and Punchy. Tbh there are way too many great Lazies.
Cranky - Rolf, Rooney/Walt (Bought Rooney’s Card today. Kangaroos are mostly ignored, which I find sad), Static, Wolfgang, Roscoe
Smug - Jacques, Ken, Kidd, Pietro, Eugene
Jock - Rod, Bam, Hamlet, Poncho, Drift (Except from Bam, im more of a Fan of the smaller Jocks)
Normal - Mitzi, Sydney, Gayle
Peppy - Bluebear, Dotty, Pinky
Snooty - Yuka, Willow, Whitney
Uchi - Cherry, Pashmina, Muffy
Those who are highlighted are my first choice, but that doesn’t mean I hate the others or would ignore them. Also I couldn’t write everyone I liked down or the list would never end. But those are the ones I would technically mention at my most favorite.

finally some more love for snake!! i don't get what's not to love about him, he's a rabbit named snake, he's pink, he wears a ninja outfit. he's perfect. nibbles is also very adorable and i've had ruby in my space-themed NL town for a long time, i love her <3

yesss there are so many awesome normals, every single one that you mentioned is amazing! tia is another i considered listing as a fave, and i have aurora on my island right now and she's so precious. roald is one of the cutest jocks too, i wish the penguins got more love. i've never liked many of the chickens but something about plucky's design is so cute to me!

There are some really tough choices made ; ;
Lazy - Stitches, probably was not my top 1 lazy but got him moved to my town randomly and realized how adorable he when he is doing that naruto-running AWW.
Cranky - Dobie, grumpy grandpa wolf <3
Smug - Lopez, cool, flashy fella who is a must-have for me since he got released YEP. I like his original outfit in NL more than in NH though haha.
Jock - Sterling, adorable silly knight who is big and kind :'D
Uchi - Phoebe, love my big phoenix sister so much ; ; Cherry is a close one though.
Snooty - Whitney, just GORGEOUS and love her from the animal crossing movie. Now I'm having Blanche as my snooty in town and she would be a close one, really like her new designing theme in NH.
Normal - Molly, she is just my precious all-time FAVORITE since released but Celia is a closed second.
Peppy - Audie, so pretty and adorable! Had her moved to my town randomly & I like how she has a relatively matured look to balancing out the peppy personality too c:

francine, chrissy, and blaire are so cute!! chai too, i'm desperate for them to bring back the sanrio villagers in an update. we can get their posters so here's hoping they and their furniture will come back someday.

glad to see someone agree about how precious wendy is!! willow is one i considered listing as a fave snooty, i love her bright yellow wool. also i've never had dobie but i actually always found it kinda funny how he looks like an old man but was originally a lazy, the personality that acts like little kids. and then he got changed from that to a cranky, the ones who actually act like old men, so... i guess he grew up and developed a new personality that matches his look lol!Normal - Also Ètoile, but since she’s not in NH, Fauna, Goldie or Skye!
Lazy - Erik, one of the cutest villagers ever imo and looks so natural
Peppy - Wendy, I can’t get enough of her buck teeth and sweet little face.

Cranky - Dobie, I love his natural wolf color scheme and wise old appearance!

moe is so cute!! i used to not like him much but lately i think he's adorable?? also it's so great to see someone else who loves static lol, i'm honestly not sure why a cute little purple squirrel with a lightning bolt on his head wouldn't be a bit more popular!

these are some pretty unconventional but very good choices!! i must've said this 20 times on this thread by now but mira is my other favorite uchi along with phoebe. nan, tutu, and bree are also very cute and i like colton a lot.
