I just love Felicity but she was a starting villager and the only peppy or cat I've had. I prefer the lower tier villagers to be honest.

Rosie is the cutest by far, Tangy is okay and I don't really like Felicty. Merry is my second favourite peppy cat but she wasn't in the poll!

I have Tangy in my main town, and Rosie and Felicity in my slow cycle town. Felicity doesn't do much for me, I'm not sure about Rosie, she's cute, but usually I can't warm up to a villager until I visit them with my character from my main town (weird huh!) and Tangy is AMAZING, she has such mad eyes and she's less cutesy than the other two so Tangy gets my vote all the way!!

I don't know if any peppy cat is better than the others but Felicity has always been a favorite of mine.Yeah,she hangs out with Octavian sometimes.
