O'Hare!!! He's my favourite villager by far so I was quite happy when he gave it to me. The way I got it was he asked me to find any kind of bug for him. I had just made a trip to the island so I offered him a horned atlas, and voila! he gave it to me

Also just got Tia's picture. Sadly it was because she moved away though, I only have a few original villagers left now ;_;
