Who should my last two villagers be and where should i put my café?

I just reset my main town yesterday and I gave 5/10 of my villagers in Astoria to holders and they made the journey with me to my new town. Open to all opinions and ideas, also all villagers except Fang (unless they're stubborn) will be on the southeast part of my town map.

8 permanent villagers-
Chevre
Muffy
Beau
Fang
Sprinkle
Freya
Rudy (coming soon)
Pietro (coming soon)

Also looking for ideas on where to place my caf?. The little area near the yellow bench (marked as an X) i have placed as a placeholder will be a park so that area is out. The human house by the town hall was placed to prevent villagers from plotting there because i have patterns as markers for where i want future PWPs.

I think it would look good over there in the area with your town hall and retail. I put all my little pwp buildings near each other somewhat so it would look like a little community. As for the villagers maybe .. Joey he was in my first town and he's a cutie c: Tiffany, Midge, Flurry, Mallary, Papi lol idk theres so many cute ones

Funny you mention Midge and Mallary because they're both in my town now but Midge is leaving because i need room for Pietro/Rudy. If Mallary was in the southeast half of my town with everyone else i'd let her stay for a while. Thinking of either Nan (have her in my second town) or Molly (was in my last town but couldn't find a holder) as my normal and then i did try and grab a Papi earlier but i was too late. He's really cute

For your last two villagers, I would just say pick who you want or like in your town, since you have all the personality types, anyway which is what I'm doing when I get my second town so I'll have three normals

As for the cafe, I think putting it near the town plaza is nice, you could landscape it nicely, and I've seen several dream towns where the cafe is around the top side of town, so perhaps that would work out :]

oh wow didn't realize i actually had all of them lol. only reason i'm iffy about near the town hall is because it's very far from my house and i don't go to the town hall area every day (just for this one rock that's nearby and i normally find the money rock before then). i'll go look around there though. I might want to add a bridge over there then too but i want my park established before i add my last bridge C:

I was going to possibly put a wisteria trellis there when Muffy suggested it. I'll see if it can fit and not get in the way of my bridges

I think Margie is a good villager to pick up, she's heavily underrated in my opinion.

There's also Sterling, I think you mentioned that you might get him in your next town. Correct me if I'm wrong. His design is awesome.
