Yes, Ankha is on the same tier as Lolly. In the Villager Trading Plaza, there's a thread that lists the different tiers. It's stickied to the top, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Good luck with your trade! ^-^

Not at all. In all honesty, so long as they're the same tier/only one tier away it's entirely reasonable for a 1:1 trade. But at the same time, it's perfectly reasonable for any 1:1 villager trade, since villager likes/dislikes are subjective. I just traded my Marina for Tipper last week, and because Tipper's one of my dreamies and Marina was the other party's dreamie, the trade was perfectly reasonable.

It's all equal in terms of random move-ins, but in terms of supply-and-demand the less popular villagers are hard to come by online, where the more popular ones definitely easier to FIND, but not necessarily to attain.
