Who is worth more: Merengue or Tangy?

I was just wondering as I saw Merengue go for about 9 Mill the other day and I haven't seen Tangy being sold for a while. Which villager is worth more? (In your opinion or knowledge)​

It confused me a bit because I once saw Merengue go for about 25 Million and it's kind of dropped a bit since then? The same with Ankha really, I sold her for 5 Million and she used to be like 20 million ;-; (I'm not complaining thought that all still seems loads to me)

I would say Merengue, but she seems to be dropping in popularity, I had trouble even selling her for 3mil earlier and even before that I saw her only go for 8mil.
Sure she used to sell for like, 20mil ish?
