Well Pave is a peacock that comes to your town on Festival. You must feed her candy in order to claim her prize.
 
its a peacock that comes to your town on the festival which i belive is febuary 23rd. she will make you find 3 pieces of a certain colored candy and for each 3 she will give you 1 piece of her furniture
