Who do I move out.. Apollo or Sherb..

So I had my 9 villagers set in stone and I went island hopping.

I was hoping to find my last addition to my town, Kyle, who's one of my favorite dreamies and very special to me because I had him in my new leaf town for so long

But I saw Sherb and... he's just so cute I couldn't resist inviting him into my town. Now he's here and I have a full town, so I'm really conflicted. Sherb is just so cute but someone needs to go in order for me to find Kyle!

I've decided the only other villager I've got in mind right now to part with is Apollo, so it's mainly between him and Sherb. I really can't decide who I should make leave so I'm asking for advice. No matter which one leaves I won't be selling either, just doing a giveaway on the new neighbor network.

The reasons I'm conflicted are because Apollo isn't AS cute to me as sherb is, but he fits my town aesthetic better and I don't have any other eagles. Plus I like having him and Whitney together as a reference to the AC movie, so if Apollo goes.. I may move Whitney out with him, then I'd have to find her a replacement. And although sherb is the CUTEST THING EVER, both him and his house don't match my town theme (My town is fall/halloween themed), and I already have a goat villager that I REFUSE to get rid of (Kidd is my life lol). It's just so hard to let him go, especially after finding him randomly like that!

In case this helps your opinion here's my current villager lineup, you can also suggest me moving one of the other villagers out, although it's less likely lol:

Kidd, Whitney, Katt, Wolfgang, Erik, Diana, Kiki, Ruby, Apollo, Sherb

personally i would keep apollo since i'm no longer a fan of sherb
but if you really like him you should keep him, that is if you have a replacement for whitney in mind :3

I feel like you should let Sherb stay for a little longer and decide then, but it does sound like he doesn't fit your theme, but if you like him so much just let him stay for a while and decide later! having different villagers is fun and keeps the game exciting

in the long run, I think you should keep Apollo, but just enjoy Sherb for a while! maybe get his picture? ^^

I would keep Apollo especially if you decide to keep Whitney. It is easy to suggest to move Sherb out but he's probably your tenth villager now and it is kind of impossible to move the most recent villager out.except if you scan amiibo or move another villager out naturally.

I have both too and this would be a hard decision for me since I love them both a lot, but for different reasons. As much as I love Sherb, I'd probably let him go in your situation since he doesn't fit your theme at all. You'd also likely be letting Whitney go too if Apollo left and then you'd have to think about another replacement. Sherb is super cute though so I understand your dilemma!

I have them both and honestly I don't think I'll ever be able to let either one go away.

I'd probably get rid of Kidd, but since you already said you won't, I'd lean towards letting Erik go.

Imo I’d probably keep them both because Sherb reminds me a bit of a holiday/winter sort of theme and kinda goes well with Erik.

if you’re able to, I’d suggest maybe buying and nfc sticker of Kyle to summon him through amiibo and kick out Sherb if you do change your mind.
