My first ever, from my first town Sapphire, was Merry's. She gave it to me after moving out, which made me reset the town (she was my favorite ).

I think Ankha was the first one to give me her picture, which did strike me as odd. I didnt spend THAT much time with her Then after that I quickly got most of the pictures of my villagers on the 1st of april, together with Blanca's pic

I started my town the day after Christmas and so far all I have is Doc. He gave it to me after he moved, he will be missed. He was the only one from my starting villagers that I would consider a dreamy. Right now im looking for benjamin to take his place as a lazy.

i think i got francine's pic first. it made me really happy, she was the first dreamie i got after i restarted and i was already on friendly terms with her early on in the game. :>

I got my first picture from Marshal a couple days ago. It was totally out of the blue - he's only lived in my town since June, while Lobo (who was one of my first five when I started my town on release day) still hasn't given me his picture.
