Whitney is currently leaving my cycling town, and I'm really not sure I want to get rid of her.
If nobody offers Rosie I may keep her, but.. yeah (I may raffle her if I decide I don't want her, idk)

Please don't offer anything else but Rosie or POSSIBLY Cookie/Francine in return!
I'd also rather pick her up first (unless you have a LOT of positive wifi raitings)
Please also be able to get her into boxes asap!

The best thing to do is change the date in your town by one day at a time, until a villager "Pings" you, and asks you if they can leave your town. Talk to Rosie a LOT because it's more likely to make her want to move. Once someone pings and you refuse their request to leave, it's safe to move forward 4 days, then go in 1 day jumps, checking to see which villager pings and then refusing their request (and then jumping forward 4 days) Until Rosie asks to leave, basically ^_^

Also, you might want to check your town twice a day if you villagers you want to keep, like save & quit and then check again so you dont move out anyone

Say if it's the 20th on your game, someone say's they're leaving on the 25th and you say no, I'l move forward so you're one day after the date they said they were leaving (So in that case, 6 days)
