So before you read any more she is not very original! Whitney has been in my town since the dawn of time (August) so has changed loads. I can definitely tell you she has changed her clothing - she is wearing a button-up shirt that starts off in the Able Sisters (I think it was created by Someone from Anytown) and to be honest, it really suits her! I'm not sure about her catchphrase or furniture as I don't pay that much attention.
Just follow the basic rules, like don't wander off etc.

Feel free to bid for her, the buyout is 15 mil bells is that too much I'm not sure I'm not good with money. Or you can get her for TBT - make an offer as, like I said am terrible with money.
