which would you prefer? (new shops/buildings)

I like the idea of having the shops on my island and also traveling to different islands for shopping. Basically I'll take whatever they give me I just want more shops and our Cafe back. Even though my island really is not that developed, I still have a good thing going so I always dread the idea of totally rearranging many parts of it which will probably cost me many bells and take forever now that I do not TT, but regardless, it'll be worth it for more content.

Using the airport is a pain. Would love more shops in the island

I hated main street in NL, so I really hope new shops are placeable on out island... It feels so sterile to me when everyone has the exact same shopping district.
