Every choice has consequences, so it is technically impossible to choose the right road as by doing so you are changing what is apparently unchangeable.

Besides, what path would the right road choose from? Life can branch off in so many directions from your decisions, it never follows a straight road.
The way i thought of it, the life on the right road would predict how your life goes on.

Say... in your future you'd be shot and killed, but instead of going on with life normally, trying to prevent it is what would cause your death. Make sense?
What if you didn't try to prevent it?

It is just a red pill blue pill question. I would rather know what would happen. Even though in this I can't hypothetically change anything I would still rather know.

I guess it is kinda like Manhattan, from the watchmen, he sees all of his own time line, what will happen what has, but can't change it really.

Then... you probably would've seen a different future.

But how does it determine which future?

right. you can look out for it
You can't change it though. It doesn't matter. Like, if you know you're gonna get shot, you can't avoid it or look out for it. You're just gonna get shot inevitably.
I think knowing you will get shot is better than like your going on a date and you get shot. You can say you don't want to go on a date.

Left road. Some of the things in my life, if I saw them before and couldn't do anything, I'd probably kill myself. Yes, I know, a bit over dramatic? Not really. Knowing that you're brother would get hit by a car or that you're dog would die while you're petting it well, that would be a bit too much. If I lived my life on the right road, I wouldn't be able to live it that way.

In all honesty I wouldn't choose either road, I'd turn around to go home and eat fattening foods and watch daytime television.

But I would choose the left.
