Which villagers would fit in a tea-themed town?

I don't know how popular she is, but Nibbles looks like she could fit? You know, with fruit tea and stuff. I think any elephant villagers would be great just because they kind of look like teapots. And I stand by Julian 100%.

I don't really care how popular a villager is, except if they're boring Tier 1s.
