I'm not sure about Freya...maybe possibly.
I'm trying to become good friends with Gala so I can get her picture before she leaves. As for the other two...meh.

In Lancre, I'm fairly close to every villager - the only villagers from whom I haven't received pictures are Cherry, but she writes to me fairly often, and Nana, who waves at me when I call her on the Megaphone.

It's a bit harder to judge for RainDrop, but
I've received pictures from Chief, Skye, Walker, Pashmina, Peanut, Kody and Savannah.
Mathilda, Ribbot and Pecan all moved in recently, so I'm still working on their friendship levels.

I'm closest to Chief and Simon. They write me letters and ask to visit me regularly. I see Simon more than Chief, though.
Chief seems to like to spend a lot of time in-doors and at the museum.
