Which villager personality crafts wreaths/crowns often?

I've been trying to collect flower crown and wreath DIYs, but I've got no luck. I occasionally get it from bottles but none of my villagers craft it. I'd like to think that it's probably because I only have one female villager, and it's a single peppy, Agent S. I don't have Normal, Snooty or Uchi villagers at all.

Do villagers (that I lack) actually craft those? Or is it exclusive to bottles?

EDIT: Based on what I've learned in this thread, any personality type can craft them. It just happened to be rare. Also apparently, based on many people's observations, Snooty villagers craft it more often compared to others.

I am sure my top performer is Diana. She keeps giving me those rare wreaths and crowns. Peppy villagers are the worst. They only give me those wooden block items. Marshal gives me a lot of those "gold" ones.

The wreaths and crowns can be given out by any personality type.

I thiiiiink Bianca made a lily crown once. I honestly can't remember ;-; If it helps, I have all the villager types and have gotten maybe one or two wreath/ crown diys from them since the game was launched

I haven't had much luck with collecting wreath/crown DIYs, but from what I noticed, whenever I visit other people's islands who have villagers crafting, I think snooty villagers tend to craft the wreaths and crowns the most frequently. I cannot say that with absolute certainty, but it was from my own experience. I only recently got a snooty villager on my island, so I guess I'll have to wait and see to say whether it's accurate.

The good thing is, the crowns and wreaths aren't locked behind any specific personality type though.

They certainly do, as I recall I had Boomer, a lazy, give me the DIY for a blue rose crown. As well as Beau giving me the DIY for a windflower crown

However, it was just from my own experience that I noticed a pattern with always getting them more often from snooty personalities.

Looks like I'll need to get myself a Snooty villager to try and see if it will increase my chances.

It's a variety of personality types but I believe that the uchi/sisterly ones are the ones that mostly give out that stuff.
