Which villager on your island is your favorite?

I like all of my villagers but it's a tie between Sterling and Queenie for me. I'm such a softie for bird type villagers! A part of me wants to hug them so badly.

This is so tough! I guess I'd say Molly, but I love the others, too, especially Lolly, Melba, Aurora, and Sherb. And Raymond is unique, so I love him, too, although he's not as nice as the first ones I mentioned

Okay. Chief and Lucky are childhood favorites. I had Lucky in the GameCube version for the longest time. I talked to him constantly to the point I might have been ignoring my other villagers... but one day he moved randomly and I was never able to get him again in any other game. I only managed to get him in New Horizons because I got an amiibo card.
Now Chief, I still have Chief on GameCube. I just upgraded him to New Horizons because I needed my cranky wolf friend there also. (he's another amiibo villager)
Moe and Tom are newer favorites.
I never knew that there was an Animal Crossing for Wii. For some reason City Folk slipped my radar for years until last year. I found a used copy in good condition for pretty cheap. I followed a face guide I found for City Folk and ended up with a human villager that looked nice. Started the whole tutorial and during the introductions, bumped into two blue cats. Loved these two instantly. I was on the last stretch of the tutorial looking forward to befriend Moe and Tom when the Wii U turned off. Apparently someone did not plug in the Wii U properly (I was not the one who set it up) so the plug was loose. It had gotten unplugged because of shift in the wires. I ended up losing that town with Moe and Tom in it. I probably should have save, but I have never saved the game until after the whole working for Tom Nook tutorial in every game so I hadn't. I managed to find a town with Tom in it again after many resets, but Moe was still nowhere to be found... I haven't picked City Folk back up since and splurged on amiibo cards for those to so they could be on my island.
Raymond would be my New Horizons original favorite.
I have a grey smug cat in real life and they look similar. Raymond's one green eye is also close to the shade of green my real cat's eyes are. I also just like cats and business cats so I was instantly drawn to Raymond because he's just a bundle of things I like and it is close to having my actual cat in the game. (at least a cat villager that looks similar to my real cat)

Lopez and Marshal Lopez has a cool design and Marshal is cute. They have great interactions too. Also they’re both smugs (my favourite personality) so they are by far my favourite island duo and villagers individually.

Almost all my current residents are favorites of mine; but my number one favorite is Punchy, of course ^_^. He has been my favorite and BFF since NL; I love how he looks like a smug with that sassy expression on his face but instead he’s a lazy; his expressions in NH are even more adorable than they were in NL ^.^. Kiki would be my next favorite. She was not always a favorite of mine, but she grew on me some time while playing NL and HHD. I love how her nose looks like it’s squished and I think it’s so cute how much she worries when I talk to her, even though it reminds me of the annoying part of myself lol. And she’s a black cat! I love black cats (or any cat for all that matters lol).

I had a similar situation with Kabuki. He was one of my original five in NL and I loved him so much that I bought his Amiibo so I could have him in NH.
