I mean I'll preface this by saying obviously everyone will find different villagers cute as cuteness is subjective. But in my opinion the cutest for me are Lolly, Erik, Gayle and Beau :3

Pietro, he's a rainbow sheep and his feet disappear when he sits down like he's adorable hhhhh I'm thinking of making a needle felt doll of him at some point but his wool would be quite a pain.
