I personally would pick Phoebe over Frita. I had Frita before and never really got that attached to her so I moved her out and chose Phoebe as my dream uchi. I ended up liking her even more than I thought I would and I much prefer her over Frita.

You can always just move in the first of those 3 in that you find and then change your mind later if you don't like them that much.

OMG, that's such a hard decision among those three. I have had those three before and I gotta say Frita is the best for me. Tammy is my ultimate dreamie though, but because you said not to list others and because I accidentally lost her, it doesn't matter as much.
I currently have Frita as my uchi though so I guess a little bias at the moment, but she's so adorable. She's pretty low on the scale of popularity compared to the other two though. Especially since everyone likes Phoebe cause she's a mythical phoenix, and Mira cause she's a sailor scout lol. They're all really cute, so no problems there if you do choose one over the other.

Maybe think of house interior or exterior to help the decision. Mira is astro/space, Phoebe has simple/gorgeous, and Frita has picnic/kitchen styles.

Frita's a hamburger head with a french fry coat so you know... food lol. You can always go and visit them in dreams to see how you'd like them. I have Frita in my town, so you can always experience her there
