Which Town Hall Renovation?

I asked this in a previous thread, but I'm renovating my town hall tommorow and I'd really like some suggestions on which town hall I should upgrade to.
I've got my eyes on the modern one, which I like. But which one? Ahh!

Just go with whichever one you like the best and/or fits the theme of your town.

When I unlock it, I'm going with zen, because I have a Japanese themed town.

I don't exactly have a theme. I just build what I think would suit my town. I'm narrowing it down to the Modern one and Fairy Tale one, now.

I have 2 towns, one will be Modern and the other Fairy Tale. I've unlocked it and have the bells for it, but I'm waiting until Dec 9th (6 month annv.) to do it. Will probably start it on the 8th, so the ceremony will be on the 9th. I always take a picture at my PWP ceremonies.

You should choose which one you like best . I chose Zen because it fit my town theme, but if there is no town theme or if you just don't want it to fit your town theme, pick whichever. Fairy Tale is pretty cute, and Modern is odd but cool looking, so both of them are good choices, it just depends on whether you like cute or odd-but-cool better.

i don't like the fairytale one much ._. i'd go for modern

I have the zen remodel because I thought that suited my town best, but it really depends on the theme of your town *u*
although personally I hate the fairytale one... it looks so tacky to me lol so I would go for the modern one.

I've decided to go with the Fairy-Tale one.
It took ages to decide between the Modern and Fairy-Tale, along with using your guys' imput to help me.
