Which species of animals would you add to the game?

It's all in the title, I'm quite curious actually. And what do you think of putting other animals in categories where they don't exactly belong? Like a Flora being categorized as an ostrich when she's really a flamingo, Chief being a wolf when he's really a fox, Julian being a horse when he's really a unicorn and etc. ^^
