Illuminated arch - haven't unlocked it yet, I have been doing the wetsuit trick all day, with flowers and tools in my pockets so they can't give me items, sell me stuff or buy stuff from me. I have been waiting for my snooty villager to ping me. The only pwp they suggested was the statue fountain

Lucky! You have the illuminated arch! I have been trying all day for that. I keep getting my snooty villager to ping me with the wetsuit trick, but all they have suggested so far is the statue fountain when I get it I'm going to put it outside my house, then surround it with blue and pink roses. It's the only illuminated pwp I haven't unlocked and built yet

I was so happy to unlock all of the Illuminated PWP's!
I have a glow park in my town with the PWP's
and it looks so cute <3
I have it filled in with white and pink carnations xD

That's what I'm going to do what helps narrow it down is I have normals, smugs and Peppys in my town. I have unlocked All the normal smug and peppy pwps, as well as all the ones that any villager can suggest. That's means only my snooty villager can suggest pwps. It will take longer though, because the snooty won't always ping me. I have unlocked one snooty pwp, meaning I have 7 left to unlock, so I have a 1 in 7 chance of getting the arch

Edit: if you have a Dream address, I would love to see how you have layed it out
