Which house theme gives the most HHA points?

I'm looking for a house theme, that has the most rare sets.

For example, the trendy theme only has one rare set, which is the gorgeous set.
While the antique set, has plenty of rare sets, like Rococo, princess, gold.

Does anyone know of a theme, with plenty of rare sets worth a lot of HHA points? I believe that there's a certain theme out there, that gives the biggest HHA points when completed with rare sets.

My town is modern themed, so I wanted my house to be modern themed too. So I went with trendy, but sadly it only has one rare set that's trendy.

I would go with kiddy sets since you can then stuff your house full of all the fortune cookie items as well to get all the extra points they can give.

Rustic, Toyshop and Trendy have the most sets. I think Rustic might be easiest since it includes quite a few easy to get sets. (or at least no special event or special requirement sets except the Cabana).

Alpine, Cabana, Cabin, Blue, Green, Modern wood, and Ranch.

The fairytale theme also has a few rare sets, like princess, rococo, ice, mush and mermaid (although mermaid isn't that /rare/, it just gets boring after a while collecting medals.)

Thanks for the reply guys. I don't think furniture rarity matters. As long as you have 11 pieces of themed furniture in each room, you'll score the same every time. I'm gonna stick with the trendy theme, it also has the gracie set which is rare.

Lyle SAYS hard to find pieces are worth more points, but I haven't looked into it any. I got 500K with fairy tale very easily, and thought I was done, so I dismantled most of my house. Doh! I had no clue it was MUCH more than that. LOL So I start putting it back together again, I guess!!
