I was decorating my town with flowers but I got bored of outing the exact same flowers together. What flowers do you think look nice next to each other?
I found that gold roses and orange pansies look nice placed next to one another. I have them surrounding Ankha's house and a pyramid in my town.
I also like the look of pink and white roses together, they're quite nice as well.
I like a lot of the same type together (eg. rose and rose, rather than rose and tulip)
I'm decorating my town at the moment, and I think pink and blue roses go well with one another. And orange and blue pansies =)
In my town, I have a combo of all flowers. Roses + roses go really well together (especially pink + white, blue + white, orange + yellow), but I also have different combos. I have blue roses with white carnations, blue pansies with white carnations, pink carnations with purple roses, orange pansies and orange and gold roses and my last combo are pink cosmos with white cosmos. I put pink and white carnations together, I love how they look when watered. I also put pink and white roses together, they look so pretty. I have a small area of different flowers of the same colour together. I like the tulips and lilies next to each other.
I usually love the blues roses I am really glad I managed to grow them myself and breed them since it really was a pain in the beginning to get the blue rose.
Edit: I realized this was a New leaf thread and Green mums apparently didn't exist in New Leaf but it was a new flower in New Horizons my bad.
