which exterior set should i use for my alt resident?

my town theme is a mix of a modern japanese style and a fantasy/cute theme. my mayor is a girl and i'll be making an alt to store extra furniture & qr codes, which will be made as a guy. the problem is that i dont know which exterior to use for his house that'll fit in with my town theme as well as his gender. im already using the zen exterior for my mayors house, so im looking for one that isnt girly yet isnt trashy either. if anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated
