Which animal species are lacking certain personalities?

For what I've saw some animal species are lacking certain personalities.

We don't even have a peppy deer for example.

So, which other species lack certain personalities?

There aren't any smug cats either.

No peppy or uchi female wolves. No jock or lazy male wolves.

There are no Normal Bears(not cubs, the tall ones) which makes me kinda sad because that would've been cute imo. No more Snooty ones either(in New Leaf at least) thanks to Ursala's change to uchi.
There are also no peppy alligators or lazy/uchi anteaters.

I don't think there are any cranky ducks, smug cubs, uchi birds, normal gorillas, peppy deer (a given, since they were introduced in NL), lazy wolves or snooty bears (courtesy of the NL amiibo update).

The wolves need some major help. Why are there like 5 crankies and 3 snooties?? That species is missing so many personalities and it's kind of ridiculous. If you love wolves but give a damn about personality balance, well you're screwed 'cause using wolves for a single species town would be dreadfully dull. It's tragic.

If I can remember correctly, there are no peppy monkeys.

Octopus are missing most personalities in the game...
Smug,Peppy,Snooty,Uchi...
Some villagers I wish were a different personality.
(eg.Punchy~Smug,Chelsea~Peppy.)

I think it was a bad choice changing the personality of a lazy wolf to a cranky.

Besides a peppy deer could work just fine and instead they made Chelsea who is normal.

tbh im ok with missing personalities for the octopi because they're supposed to be novelty villagers... in the GC game there was only one until AFe+ added Marina and NL added Zucker. Having one for each personality wouldn't make them as special imo

Chelsea should have been peppy and Ursala should stay snooty.

I like Dobie's change to cranky, it fits and I always thought he was a cranky until now. The wolves personalities are a mixed bag to me. On one hand it makes villagers like Kyle and Skye feel more special for not being the "mean" personalities (aka snooty and cranky, though they're really not rude at all as of NL) but at the same time as someone previously stated it makes an all-wolf town feel very dull with the constantly repeating dialogue. Overall though, they should at least have one wolf for each personality type.

Tammi is peppy. I only remember that cuz she used to live in my town lol

Elephants also lack representatives and Chai is only a peppy elephant from the Sanrio Series.

No uchi hamsters. Would it have killed them to include just ONE uchi hamster for those of us who want at least one of each personality for each species?

And the wolves. Good God, it's just sad what they've done with the wolves.

I'm wondering if they'll ever add female Lions and just remove the manes on the models. I mean, they added male kangaroos, so...

Speaking of kangaroos, we need a non-cranky kangaroo. Rooney should have been a jock, imo.
