Where's my shrooms at?

I have NO mushrooms today. One mush item, but that was it. I left the mushrooms from yesterday in a safe spot so I knew where to find them later. Did no new ones grow because the old ones were still on the ground?

That happened to me too. I stored my mushrooms and new ones were in my town the next day.

Strange. I picked mine up, so I guess if I have some tomorrow then the question will be answered.

If "safe spot" means outside, than the game will not spawn new ones because it thinks the old ones weren't found. Try your museum or storage box next time.
