Where to Put the Cafe?

So, I just unlocked the cafe and I'm looking at where to put it, seeing as how I can't get rid of it afterwards. Below is my current town map.



I was thinking one of these three places, but do try and convince me otherwise if so.

1.) Southern portion of the map, about midway between the Town Hall and ReTail. There's currently a long path there with a forest on one half, but nothing on the other.

2.) To the right of the train station.

3.) Between the station and the river.

I would either put it to the right of your train tracks, or just under the river on the far left so your bridge leads to it.

Not sure if there's room in the second suggestion I mentioned though. </3 villager houses

There wasn't as much room to the right of my train tracks, so I went with what you suggested and did just under the river, just above Diana and Zell's homes. It's quite nice there, and a short walk from my house and the town hall

I put it near my house so I can remember to drink coffee and work everyday
