Where to Put my Campsite/Cafe?

Before I put either down, I want to make sure I like where they're going since they'll be stuck there and I want to resist resetting this time.

Initially, I wanted to put the Cafe on the piece of land just east of my house, between the river, and the the Campsite would go where Zell decided to move in - on the southside of the river, next to the cliff.

Now I'm thinking, put my Cafe on the north side of the river underneath ReTail, and then do the campsite where the cafe would originally go. If not, put the Cafe in the original spot, and do the campsite along the eastern cliff, between the two houses.

What if you put the campsite on that little piece of land across the bridge from your house, and then put the cafe in the northeast part just below that house? I put my campsite in an isolated part of town between the edge of the cliff and the river. Then I put my cafe next to the train crossing and placed my police station next to that so its kinda like a second Main Street lol.
