Where to find these items?

I was looking at a list of the new items and there are a ton that i haven't seen in Harveys shop, despite TT'ing a ton on my second copy and checking the stock each day. Specifically, the fancy tea set, round-cloth table, serving cart, medicine cabinet, trellis, etc. etc. Here is the list i found!

Probably from the new amiibo cards.

The first set of items are from Happy Home Designer. If you have the game and participated in the contests you can transfer them over to your new leaf game. As for your other answer they're from special amiibo figurines. You will have to visit their RVs from people who have them or buy the amiibos.

The majority of the items you can find on the campground. Harv sells random Happy Home items each costing 5 MEOW cupons. Certain amiibo will give you special items from the Zelda, Splatoon, and Monster Hunter themes

A lot of them are only available through amiibos or connecting your game to your HHD save. I haven't heard of a fancy tea set, but I know that the zen tea set is available in Joan's RV?
