I like having my villagers together, so if I were you I'd put the last one next to the one on the left of retail, so you have 2 / retail / 2 / and everyone else on the left.

Actually, placing the house under where I am wouldn't work because there's a rock in the way! Thanks for the other suggestions, though! ;o;

Agnes. She was a last-minute choice for my town, mainly because one of my other dreamies moved in an abysmal spot. I've had her before though and I've went through the 16-villager cycle, so I'm waiting for a good time to get her again.
