Where should I build a small park?

I'm deciding where to build a mini park in my town, here's a map and some pictures

i'm thinking of the area between the pond below the train station and the cafe, the area below the train station and in between the plaza and pond, or to the left of the plaza (i plan on moving that villager out and can demolish my alternate)

here's some pictures of the places in respective order:

i might get rid of the path to the left

The first pic looks like it has lots of space to build a small park.

In the 2nd pic you can add a fishing area in the park. But not much space.

The 3rd pic has a lot of space, but a house near a small park sounds unfitting.

I would go for the 1st pic.

idk i plan on removing the path to the left in the second picture. my park is only going to have a jungle gym, sandbox, drinking fountain, and maybe a tire toy

That's all? Well if you want to on the 2nd pic then go for it! Plus for adding a fishing area, which is the pond. Also add bridges too.

I have a park to give you inspiration and later I'll update my dream because I built the jungle gym yesterday.

Add a mini garden area with Wisteria Trellis, Flower Arch, etc that has to do with flora.

Or a picnic area with a Picnic Blanket and a log bench to add that foresty vibe.

I'm not gonna lie, I would hate that map (so many ponds!). But I guess in this case, you should put it where there are ponds! (So the first two locations). I think a pond would compliment the park.

The yellow flowers represent the pwps.

The bottom square is where the sandbox should go.
The single flower on the right is where the drinking fountain should go.
The long flowers on the right is where the tire toy should go.
And the top square is where the jungle gym should go.

What do you think?

wow, that looks great! thanks! i also plan on surrounding it with cedar trees and bushes, so i'll probably move everything 1 or 2 squares left.

the thing is i already have a picnic basket in my town, and i'm not sure if it can fit in there. hopefully it can

I think you can only add a few Cedars and bushes, but still. It'll be great once its done!
