Where is Gracie?

I need her to get T&T Emporium but I cant find her anywhere and all the wikia sites are of no help. I have T.I.Y and Shampoodle if that helps/means anything.

I haven't had her since launch either but I suspected that had to with all the rain. She's not gonna stand in the plaza all day in the rain while her mascara runs.

Yep. She appears randomly after getting TIY

Hmm, I guess I'm lucky. I've seen her twice already. They were both on Wednesdays, but I guess she pops up at any random time in the week.

OP said they had TIY so that's all good~ you have to had spent 70, 000 bells at TIY and then s/he'll show!! although, it is very random.... i've had him/her four times close together and then s/he didn't visit for another week or so x___x hang in there!

I read somewhere she only shows up on weekdays. Not sure if its true. I also don't remember where I heard it.
