Where do people get these town cards?

So I plan to play ACNL more often again after my short time to go away from the game.

I see people with town cards showing their town villagers and fruit and stuff, where do you guys get these cards?

They're signature pics made by the good people here from commissions and stuff.
They should be forums that you can request in the Museum.

I thought you meant the TPC signatures. I can make one.
