Where do i get young spring bamboo?

I've taken a liking to this bamboo set while looking for my last cherry diy (the rock one)... but I have yet to see any bamboo anywhere?!?!?

Yep, you need to go on mystery island tours until you find the one filled with bamboo! It may take a while to find but once you do there's plenty you can take home and plant on your own island.

It's one of the random islands you can get with NMTs.

You need to go on Nook mystery island tours until you find one with bamboo. There is a 10% chance of getting a bamboo island. You can chop the bamboo with an axe to get bamboo and young spring bamboo, but I also recommend eating fruit, digging up some of the bamboo trees, and bringing them back to your island to re-plant.

That way you can use a stone axe (the blunt axe, not the sharp one) to harvest more bamboo every day.
