when you get banned but...

So let's say someone get's banned for a year, but is running a shop, and has a lot of people's tbt/items/igb. What should happen at this point?

Anyone who has lost forum bells should get in touch with us so we can verify it (by checking the logs) and time/dates of posts and bans. If we can clearly see that they've paid for a service and not received it then we will refund the bells.

We can't do anything about in-game content, unfortunately.
