When villagers are in your house.

I bring them through all the rooms if we'd already arranged it, but if they come unexpectedly I talk to them until they give me something (usually fruit...) and then I just let them walk around the room until they feel like it's enough and they leave.

I just give them the grand tour through all my rooms. I love their comments on my furniture and how lazy villagers complain that food should be eaten and not displayed

Usually they come in when I'm in the middle of decorating xD I show them around, talk a bit and then I leave my house. Then I get back to decorating xD
