When is the QR code machine given?

I restarted my town last friday, and I don't have the QR code machine yet. I've been talking to Sable a lot too, but I'm just curious when does she put out the QR code machine? It's been a long while since I restarted, so I'm not sure, but I want to start putting out paths. D:​

usually about 10-12 days in a row of talking to sable i'd think; i remember some of their last dialogues before sable put it down was them talking about their sister labelle
