When does series 2 come out in the US?

At first I heard that series 2 was being released on November 13, but now I'm hearing there is no confirmed date. Does anyone know what's going on? I don't even care about the game very much right now, but I want my cards! LOL

Japan got them oct 29 (or 30)
EU and AUS get them the same day as amiibo festival
No release date for NA, people are just speculating it'll be the 13th (same day as amiibo festival), because PAL get them then, but there's no actual release date tmk.

If they were coming next week, I think we would have heard something. Series 1 was listed on Amazon at least a month before they were released.

its less than a month for EU and PAL and its not listed for them on amazon either so that logic doesn't necessarily apply
