When do the illuminated PWPs go on and off?

I have quite a few illuminated trees and I would like to set my dream adress when I have a rare sunrise. Are they still on then? Like at 5am or something? And if that wouldn't work, could I set it at sunset? Only if the trees are illuminated at that time yet (~6pm-ish). Thanks for answers in advance! ^^

Lights turn on at 6pm and they turn off at 6am, if I recall correctly.
So yeah they should be on at 5am. Been turning the clock to 5:59am to get ready for plot resetting and the Train Station lights go off to signal 6am
