When can you edit the plaza?

I really wish we could relocate RS as well as customize the exterior. the colors of the building and the brick flooring just don't really match my theme that well ;u;

I don't know about that. I would like it if we could decorate/place furniture on the plaza (and whenever a visitor comes/an event needs it the stuff would just go into the void until the next day. I think there's a bit of charm in having to work around the challenges to still make something look nice. That could just be me though. I like the challenge and work around it gives me.

I wish we could change the appearance of the buildings in the game like we could in new leaf like how we could change the look of the train station and so on.
