I finally got it in my maintown after two years of playing. Seriously assumed my game was rigged because no matter how hard I tried I could never get it! That's why I'm happy my second town is a temporary cycling town bc I'll have opportunities to get pinged by all kinds of villagers beforeb I get my dreamies

I was lucky actually, there was only one time I ever actually really went out of my way to force PWPs from a villager and that was with Deirdre (right after I realised I couldn't get along with an uchi).
She never pinged in a long long time....she was one of the most difficult to get out. But it gave me plenty of time to unlock everything. By the time she left I had all the uchi PWPs and no need to have an uchi villager back again

The struggle is real, tbh I hope you'll be lucky and have it as 3DewDrops above that they will give you the PWP right before they leave!

Also want a god dang police station but everyone just nah better have moai statues krem

Public Works Project.

all the structures/improvements etc that you as Mayor can elect to install in yoour town (once the funds are raised of course). most of them cannot be selected by you for installation until a villager requests that project from the Mayor; different personality types request different kinds of PWPs...
