I'm a forager, so selling everything I find to Nook.
today is my 3rd day in AC:CF, spend the entireday fishing yesterday to pay of the 120,000 bells for the house upgrade. I was done at 5 ^^ I felt so acomplished^^
I mostly get my money of my orchard.
I get about 150,000 Bells every time I harvest it.
While my orchard is growing, I fish and try to sell some excess furniture here in TBT.
I have 2 ways of making money. Turnips for one... But then I also buy things for as cheap as I can in an auction, then sell them a little bit higher later down the road
I prefer to fish to make money, but I'm too lazy to (that's why I have only upgraded my house once so far). The only money I make comes from selling items and hitting rocks.
My orchard pulls in about 375,000 a pop. I started with that and 125,000 from my sister's orchard, put it all into turnips, and sold at 517! I finished paying off my house, got the fountain, and the windmill with the profit. With the 500,000 left over I still have seed money to do it all again!
