What's your pet peeve?

For anyone who doesn't know what a pet peeve is, it's a thing that doesn't seem signifigant to other people, but annoys you.
I live in Minnesota, and I hate it when they cut off the top tip of the state on maps.

It's our identity, the northern star state. We're the furthest north continental state, so I hate it when people think it's Maine. Maine just looks further north because of curved latitude lines.
So, what's yours?

Look at it on a globe. The latitude lines get curved more around Maine, so it looks farther north.

But that's on a map, therefore it doesn't have a curve, so looking at a globe would be irrelevant.

When they were surveying the area and making the border back in the voyaguer days, they screwed up, so now part of Lake of the Woods, which should be completely owned by Canada, is part of the U.S.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!! someone had a little green friend hanging out there nose today in my A block class and I just asked to goto the bathroom and once i got in there i started laughing like i swear to god ... i was going to pee myself... ^_^ im so mean lol
