What's your opinion on the voices?

I like the old voices and the new voices although the peppy voice sounds less annoying than the previous games.

i like them generally but some voices suit certain villager designs better, like for the jock voice i prefer having jocks that are smaller/cuter

I feel like the jocks could have used deeper voices to demonstrate how burley/tough they are

I was a little put off by the voices to be honest. They seem to be the same or REALLY similar by personality whereas I felt like there was a little more diversity to it in New Leaf. With that said, the voices themselves are pretty smooth / nice to listen to

I like the new voices. I just miss how rude they used to be. Too bad they didn’t bring that back, with them getting friendlier as you gain more friendship status with them.

To be honest I don't mind the NH voices at all, but I definitely like the cranky voices the most. Probably it is because they are so much more distinguishable than the other voices imo. Other than that I don't pay too much attention so whenever I play and someone is in the same room they always mimic the voices and find them so funny, which is kinda cute!

I liked a lot of the new leaf voices. Never played the older games so I cannot say I enjoyed those clips of them.

I prefer the voices in the older games; the jock villagers and Blathers in particular are extremely high pitched compared to what I expected. Heard Genji talk and I was like but you do get used to it after a while and it suits the overall game.

I like every game's voices, and it's funny to go back and forth between games and see how different they sound! It definitely takes some getting used to though!
I just think the Peppy voices could've been higher to be honest haha
