What's your island spawn rate?

Mine is terrible these days.

I cut down all trees but 2 palms on each side and two regular trees in the middle.
I find it best to catch beetles alone on the island but if i do wifi we take turns, one sits inside and one catches till invo is full they seem to spawn more for me when i did that but i havent been catching beetles lately..

mine spawn pretty good. I cut down all but two palm trees and when they don't spawn I run around scaring off the tiger beetles, warf roaches, and hermit crabs then they spawn again...it find that from 7:45-8:30 is the best time to do it...after that it takes a bit longer but never more than 45 minutes so far to fill my inventory basket.

Not too bad. I cut down all the trees in the middle, but I'm replanting one, and the tree at the very bottom of my island. I find that as long as I get rid of the tiger beetles and wharf roaches, my spawn rate is pretty good.

I kept my island with all it's trees. Back when I was catching beetles to pay off my loans, the spawn rate was pretty average. Terrible on few nights, pretty good on more than just a few.

I have a durian tree in the middle with two banana trees on the sides along with a few coconut trees, but not on the bottom portion of the island. I just run from side to side, scare the bugs away on the durian tree and get lots of beetles in under 30 minutes. You should probably try it. ^-^

It's alright - I left all the palm trees up and just cleared out the middle and I get about 3 or 4 beetles per lap. Every now and then I get a round that spawns nothing but hermit crabs and wharf roaches but I just go back inside and come back out and that usually fixes it. On average I'd say it takes about half an hour to fill up my basket.

I think it's more of a luck thing, if you wear the lucky item of the day you find better bugs, Or at least that's how it is for me. Once i wore the lucky clothes and i found 12 golden stags in a row.

Terrible. I cut down everything except for 3 in the middle and 2 on each side. I get bugs like once every hour. When I had all the trees they were spawning like crazy though. luckily the bananas grow back tomorrow so I can regrow the palm trees.

They come 3 at a time and vanish for a long while. It sucks! I almost fell asleep today trying to catch them.

you have to chase off the other bugs..only so many bugs will spawn at one time and if you aren't scaring off the undesirable bugs it will take forever. I learned the hard way.
