I can't play any instruments, I've tried. I did play the clarinet for a short period in school, I wasn't good at it and it sounds bad anyway. Guitar and ukulele sound good, although I don't really enjoy just listening to one instrument
I love listening to the piano and guitar. I used to play when I was younger, but I quit and never looked back. I didn't bother to learn the guitar when I was younger, but I picked it up recently.
I don't play any instruments because i'm absolutely rubbish at music the lesson and the topic in general. I was never able to read notes and so on in music class and most of the time I always messed around on the piano, since I had no idea what I was doing. I excel more in art - drawing etc, so I was never really good at music. However, I do love listening to the violin. I decided if I ever was going to learn an instrument it would have to be the violin. I love the sound of violins, and it can be either really calming or intense depending on the notes you play and that's what I love about it. Also, Sailor Moon the 90's anime utilizes the violin a lot in some of the OSTs and I just love the soundtrack to it.
I really like the piano and I want to learn how to play. I write lyrics to songs and I want to plan out the actual music part with the piano, since I really like it and if I ever perform those songs I can play it while singing.
