What's your daily ACNL routine?

Every day I start the game, I usually go through some sort of routine first.

The first thing I do is walk around and try to talk to as many villagers as I can, and complete some tasks while I'n at it. Mostly I just try to talk to Punchy because he's my favorite

The next thing I do is I go through all the stores in my town and see if they have anything good for sale. If there's anything in T.I.Y. that I might need for my house, I buy it. I also go to Able Sisters' occasionally to see if they have any good umbrellas for sale. (My main outfit is complete and I don't really have a desire to change it.) I have a ton of bells so I can spend them pretty recklessly.

After I do all of these, I work on my town! I add new PWPs, lay down more paths, get more furniture for my house, etc. This is the part that is the most fun because I'm always doing something different each day and I usually never gets boring (except when I'm laying down 100s of paths or something )

Occasionally I might do some trades here on belltreeforums or something, too. It's actually pretty fun and rewarding to trade

And that concludes my day! Apart from the routine I will usually do some other stuff as well, like visiting dream towns, being at the club for some songs, and visiting other peoples' towns. So, what's your guys' routine?? :lemon:

Usually I just log in and try to finish off my houses and roam around he retail to try and trade for some items. Occasionally I will also try to get my villagers to ping for new items.

I’ve also been trying to get some fishes. Everything else is ignored for now. But that’s because I just started my town :)

It's pretty cut and dry at this point as my file's pretty old.
I'll get the mail and update my lists, pick who I'm scanning for today and walking over and order, I'll walk in front of any villagers to see if they want to move. The faster I find out, the better. If someone does, that means I'll just go to the next day as I'm trying to catch up. But before I do that, I'll check Gracie's if there's anything good. Then, I'll talk to my villagers. I only do favors that don't make them change their houses, so it goes by fairly quick.

The first thing I do is check my mail and Meow tasks. If there are any Meow tasks that I feel like completing, I work those in during or after my routine depending on what they are. Then, I walk around my town, digging up stray bamboo, picking up stray flowers, and talking to every villager I can find. If a villager has a simple request, I try to go ahead and complete it right away. If they request something that will take more time, I do it after my dailies. I also check my campsite, Harvey's campground, and my hybrids on the beach while I make my rounds.

Once I've finished everything that needs to be done in my town, I stop by Retail to sell all the junk I've collected. Then, I head to Main Street. I check all the shops and buy anything that I don't already have in my catalog. My outfits and houses are pretty much done, so I'm just working on the catalog badge. I talk to any villagers that I find in the shops and if I've missed anyone, I check the museum for them. I buy a fertilizer and head back to the beach to water and fertilize my hybrids.

After that, I'm done with my daily routine and free to do whatever I want. Sometimes I log on my alt and talk to villagers, or I go to the island, or work on landscaping, or visit dream towns. It just depends on what I have time to do and what I'm in the mood to do.

First I check my mailbox and open any presents I get. Then I go around looking for the day's fossils, and speak to any villagers I see and maybe accept some tasks. Then I go to main street to get my fossils assessed, buy any items not in my catalogue from TIY, the Able Sisters, and Kicks. I then go to Re-Tail to sell my assesed fossils and any items I bought on main street that I don't want to keep for any of my houses. One my inventory is empty-ish, I go stock up on saplings, flowers, and hydrangea/azaelia starts.

After that, I complete any requests my villagers gave me earlier as well as any MEOW coupon tasks. I shake all the trees in hopes of getting more furniture for my catalogue and go and check on any villagers who are at home to see if they have any requests. By that time, hopefully I've talked to everyone at least once, if not more. My last task in town is to head to the RV site and see if Harvey has anything good for sale.

Optional tasks may include decorating my houses/museum exhibits with any new furniture, possibly designing some new path and laying them down, then checking the island to see if there's a piece of mermaid furniture I don't have yet. If so, I go on some tours then buy it. If not, I may or may not stick around to fish and hunt bugs, then return to town to sell them to Reese.

Like many others, I first go check what's in my mailbox to read letters, open presents, and toss letters if needed. Then I try talking to every villager except the one's I want to move out (I know it's mean ;-; ). After talking to the villagers, I go to TIY to buy some furniture I find nice for my house then go to the gardening section of the store to see if any saplings, pink hydrangea, or white azaleas starts are available for my town. I go around town to find any rocks that'll drop money and gems then go sell the gem. I'll talk to my villagers again and see if anyone plans on moving / has tasks for me to complete, I don't really like doing favors that involve furniture because I prefer that their houses stay unaltered. If I'm in the mood, I'll go dig up buried items and return fossils to the museum. Since my town is still being developed, I place a few paths each day since I'm really lazy. After that, I pick fruit from my messy orchard and bring it to retail to sell. If it's nighttime, I'll travel to the island to gather beetles to sell back at retail.

usually I'll just check in to make sure none of my villagers want to leave (with the exception of Rizzo, he's the only villager I want gone lol) & i'll talk to them as well just to complete any tasks they want me to do. it has been pretty hard for me to actually try and "decorate" my town on a regular basis because i still need Rizzo to leave & i'll have to look for Margie afterwards, but hopefully i'll be able to play the game more whenever he leaves so i can make my town look better (:

I have a specific route I take around my town which is the first thing I do when I log in, to make sure I've covered all the ground to pick weeds/dig fossils/water flowers etc. I'll talk to any passing villagers on the way. If there's any villagers who I particularly like I'll find them next and chat to them. Then I'll go to retail and sell whatever's in my pockets, go get my fossils checked, and check the T&T emporium.

after that it's whatever I fancy - pwps, landscaping, or sorting out my house/catalogue.
